Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the BookMyShow online ticketing platform.
By accessing or using BookMyShow, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing under the supervision of a parent/guardian. Users must provide valid contact details (email and mobile number) to receive digital booking tickets and M-Ticket QR codes.
When a user selects seats during checkout, those seats are locked for up to 10 minutes to allow payment completion via Razorpay gateway. If payment fails or is abandoned, the seats are automatically unlocked and released back to live theatre inventory.
Confirmed ticket bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled movie showtime from the My Bookings portal. Convenience fees are non-refundable. Refunds for the ticket base price will be credited back to the original payment method within 24 hours.
Registered Cinema Partners are required to maintain valid government licenses, GSTIN registration, and accurate seat layouts. BookMyShow reserves the right to suspend or reject any venue application that fails legal verification.
We collect user phone numbers, emails, and transaction history solely for ticket fulfillment, customer support, and system auditing. We do not sell user personal data to third-party advertisers.
